The publication of her best-selling book, ‘The Good Sleep Guide’, immediately established Sammy Margo as one of the UK’s favourite spokespeople on sleep.

Arguably the country’s most popular respected sleep expert, Sammy draws on experience gained over twenty years as a Chartered Physiotherapist. She enhanced her professional qualifications with a Master’s in Physiotherapy gained at University College and The Middlesex Hospital and has run her own hugely successful private clinic in central London for more than fifteen years. Sammy is also a fully qualified Aerobics and Pilates Instructor and incorporates this ‘balanced body approach’ into her physiotherapy treatments.
