The Bodyclock Elite 300 is the ultimate alarm clock with natural wake functions combined with a radio and MP3 player.

This alarm clock will let you say goodbye to piercing alarm clocks, letting you wake up naturally to sunrise and your favourite music.

Sunrise is a natural alarm by which we set our body clock, aligning our daily rhythms with day and night. Most of us however mix early starts, late nights and weekend lie-ins, these inconsistent light cues can throw our body clock out of sync.

The Bodyclock Elite helps keep your sleep/wake cycle on track and has been shown to boost mood, energy and productivity levels for the whole day.

The clock gradually brightens prompting your body to reduce its production of sleep hormones (e.g. melatonin) and increase its levels of those that help you get up and go (e.g. cortisol). The sunset option has the opposite effect, helping you naturally unwind before sleep.

Each phase of light can be set to change after 15, 30, 60 or 90 minutes intervals; choose to suit your own personal preference.

Bodyclock Elite has lots of extra audio features: start you day with one of the stimulating wake-up sounds e.g. dawn chorus, listen to the radio or choose a favourite MP3 track (requires SD card)

A controlled study of dawn simulation in subsyndromal winter depression.

A gradual 45-minute dawn simulation produced a marked improvement in people with winter blues symptoms; subject scored better for energy, mood, social interest, productivity, quality of sleep and quality of awakening.
