Delivery & Returns
Delivery Information:
If you have any queries regarding an order you wish to place, or an existing order, please give us a call on 0800 121 4110 ( or 0044 28 7032 5370 from ROI). We'll be happy to help.
Choose the delivery option that will allow us to deliver your order within the time frame that you need it.
Standard Delivery is usually 3-5 working days and allows for picking, packing and processing of your order. However, we would aim to dispatch your order within one working day of receipt.
Standard Delivery: Free for deliveries to UK mainland, Scotland, Northern and Southern Ireland per order using DHL or Royal Mail.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take longer.
All deliveries can be upgraded to our Next Working Day Delivery Service, if we receive your order before 12noon. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Next Working Day Service: £3.00 for postage to UK mainland, Northern and Southern Ireland, and Scotland (excluding the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas) per order using DHL.
DHL require somebody to be in to sign for the delivery. If nobody is in then DHL will leave a card for you to request another delivery. Alternatively the parcel may be collected from the DHL depot.
At present, we do not deliver outside the UK and Ireland.
If we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information, the processing and subsequent dispatch of your order can be delayed. Once you credit card has been approved, your order will be dispatched by the method that you have chosen.
We must have a complete address to guarantee delivery. A day time phone number is needed in case of problems. Some carriers require a signature on receipt to ensure safe arrival.
All goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be canceled at any time. In the event of any goods being delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery of failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Returns Policy:
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item less any reductions which may be applicable.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from the SlumberSlumber.com website, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made via the ‘Contact Us' section of our website, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you have received the goods.
If your order has already been processed, you will have to return the order to our distribution centre. Returns must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept back any pillow, quilt or airbed that has been removed from the inner plastic packaging, unless the product is faulty.
Once we have received any returned items and checked them, we will refund your money, less any shipping costs.
Returns Procedure:
Please contact us via our website within 7 working days of the day after your received the goods. We will need to know your order reference and the date you placed the order.
We will then issue you with a reference number which you must enclose with the package being returned. If a package is returned without a reference number, we cannot guarantee a prompt refund.
The order number should be included with the package and posted back to our distribution centre at the following address:

We will check the product when it arrives and ensure that it is not damaged or removed from the inner packaging.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our distribution centre, unless sent via special delivery.
A return label will have been included with the original package. Simply affix this to the parcel being returned.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us via the website, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
