Re the Raised Aerobed Platinum Double.I got this for camping as both myself and wife have some mobility problems and normally sleep on a water bed (oh yes! the comfort) and thought it might be ok for us. well our water bed sprang a leek and forced us to sleep on this and IT IS REALLY COMFY and as I said that is compared to the most comfortable thing I think you can sleep on.I would also like to add a bit about customer service. Our bed sprang a leak, but I always think things can go wrong but it is how a company sorts out it's problems that separates the good from the bad and SlumberSlumber are definitely THE GOOD!Thanks

Quick service with easy to follow instructions. After only three nights' use, I'm impressed. I heard of Chillow Pillow from my breast cancer nurse. Delighted with the Comfort Raised King, received today. I had to try it instantly and found it very easy to inflate and to dismantle and put away. I had thought the packing away might be a struggle but not at all - it slipped easily into the useful bag provided. Very impressed with the service from SlumberSlumber. I paid for next day delivery, but they called to say that this could not be guaranteed due to my location (Orkney) and so they refunded the delivery charge. I was very surprised when the duvet did actually arrive the next day anyway! Outstanding! As for the duvet - equally impressive. It has transformed our very comfy but very hot memory foam mattress into the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. These are much much thinner than a down duvet (which it replaced) but perform much much better. I'm always warm in bed, my wife's the opposite and this really is perfect for both of us, we both have a great nights sleep. Wish I'd bought one years ago! I've seen a few reviews that mention a smell when you first unpack the duvet. Can't say I noticed this at all, but maybe we're just used to the smell of sheep up here! In short, great product and you won't find it at a better price, plus outstanding service.

I placed an order for the Fogarty Touch Of Down 13.5 Tog Duvet on Saturday evening after a major department store assured me they had a Superking in stock and would hold it for me, and after driving some distance and paying to park, it turned out that they had sold it. They told me I could place an order and pay a delivery charge and it would be delivered within a week. Frankly, this wasn't good enough and it is unlikely I will be shopping there again after this incident. I came home, did a search on Google for the specific duvet we wanted and Slumberslumber.com appeared. I was VERY pleased with the price (£20 savings off the department store) and even more pleased with free delivery within 2 working days. Slumberslumber.com kept me informed of when the item was dispatched and it arrived as promised. I have just purchased an Aerobed from this company. Service has been excellent from the ease of placing the order to delivery. Neck and shoulder ache relief. After using the Fogarty Orthopaedic pillow for a few nights now, I have found it has helped to relieve the neck and shoulder ache I was experiencing upon waking each morning. The foam core is not too firm but it does seem to give my neck the extra support it needs. It is a fairly low pillow and may not suit everyone, especially if you have been used to big plumped up pillows, but I have certainly found it has helped me. Slumber Slumber's service has been excellent all round too, a great product at a great price, the pillow came well packaged. Thank you.

We had already a classic Aerobed in the past. We used often. It had 3 years guaranteed so when it broke in two years time, they returned us the full amount of money quite easily and then we bought an aerobed platinum that has 5 years guaranteed. We have it for 5 months and it´s so good that I´ve just bought another one from Slumber for my mum. Slumber has been the cheapest place to buy it, and the delivery was even quicker that they advertise.

The Aerobed Platinum Raised was a bit of a risky purchase as it is a tad expensive for an airbed. However, it was just as good as the product bumff suggests, and definitely worth the money. The first guest to sleep on it was my 62 year old mum so it was bought with comfort in mind. She loved it - much better than the futon we'd had beforehand. Only down side of the bed is the weight as it's very heavy to lug around. I guess that's the price you pay for a quality product though. As for the service from SlumberSlumber, I have to say it was excellent. I ordered online, but phoned up to ask a few questions first. The phone was answered quickly ( ...and by a real person!) and staff were very helpful. The bed was dispatched a few hours after ordering, and I had it 48 hours later. All in all, a good product from a good company.

Aerobed Comfort - Great Product

Having tried and failed with several cheaper airbeds in the market, Aerobeds seem to be the ones everyone was talking about. I found this site when searching the Internet and was very pleased by the price and the easy ordering system. I ordered the bed and it turned up 2 days later - what great service. I was sceptical about the inflate time but to be fair it did inflate very quickly and was even quicker to deflate. I also thought getting it back into the bag supplied would require genius level origami but no it was very simple to fold and put away. Great, just what I wanted and cheaper too! What more can you ask for!!

Couldn't be More Pleased

I had been looking at the possibility of an Aerobed for a VIP family member. When browsing online I found Slumberslumber.com. Their website was very easy to browse but also had even more info on the Aerobed I was considering. The extra information was enough to convince my husband that this was the one for us!! We went ahead and ordered it but were worried in case our order didn't go through ok so we rang and left a message on your answerphone. As soon at you were open the next morning we received a call confirming that all was well. The bed was delivered within the time scale and we couldn't wait to inflate it - its brilliant -, everything it says it is and more. We are delighted. The icing on the cake is that it was £40 cheaper than a large departmental store.

Very Quick and Convenient

I had two friends staying for a long weekend and I needed a quick, easy to put up and take down spare bed in order to convert my living room into a spare bedroom. I searched for what I thought would fit the occasion and I must say I am glad I came across the Aerobed. I set it up for my quests on the first night and noticed how quick it was to inflate to a comfortable bed and after that to deflate using the 'woosh' valve to quickly fold it away out of sight. My guests remarked on how comfortable the bed was and so I am sure they will be happy to return and use the bed again!

Ideal guest bed

With only a small spare room, we needed a comfortable single guest bed that we could store easily, and someone suggested the Aerobed. We're delighted: it's easy to inflate and deflate (much to the excitement of the family cat), packs away in its own bag, doesn't small like a lilo, and is very comfortable. It's a good size single - easily large enough for my visiting uncle - and the raised nature means that it feels like a "proper" bed rather than a blow-up. Aerobed

I would like to say a big thank you for the service you gave to me this week. I ordered an Aerobed off your site and within days, as promised it had arrived. Unfortunately there was a problem with it. I rang up and left a voice mail message late one afternoon asking for help with what to do regarding this.

The following morning I received a call asking me what the exact problem was and was promised a call back. I was cheeky enough to ask that it be after 2pm as I had just finished a night shift and would be in bed until then. At 2.30pm I received a call and after being asked a few more questions was promised a further call that afternoon. Around 3.20pm the call came and I was promised another bed and that it would be delivered the following day and the faulty one would be collected at the same time. This happened at 9am, as promised.

This meant that we had a fully functioning bed for the weekend, which is why we had bought it. I would like to say a very big thank you for the service that you gave me and to how quick you managed to sort out the problem. If all companies were as efficient as you then the world of shopping would be a much better place!!

I would like you to thank Donna and Russell for the time that they spent sorting out the problem and their excellent skills in managing it. They were both polite and courteous at all times. It has restored my faith in customer service. Once again many, many thanks, the service I received was fantastic.
