Composition and Washing:

The cover is 100% polyester and washable at 40 degree Celsius, iron using a cool setting.

The pillow is 100% polyester latex, hand wash gently at 40 degrees Celsius and rinse well with cold water. Do not tumble dry.

If you sleep only on your side or you back then it is probably very good, but for someone who alternates, you find it is the wrong height for either one or the other position. I found it made my back ache as a result.

Is this pillow 12 cm deep?

This pillow has the option of two sizes in the one pillow, 12cm at one end and 9cm at the other end.

The dimensions are approximately  58cm x 34cm x 12cm/9cm.
