Ordered this duvet after weeks of research and slumber slumber had the most amazing price with a nice discount on top. The vfm was tremendous for this duvet spec. You could spend 3 times more for this spec elsewhere. Slumber slumber have fabulous customer services, knowledgable staff. Free delivery which was 4 days to London with their carrier. Two classic singles. Both excellent design. One deflates, say 15 - 20%, over a 12 hr period. The other deflates almost immediately and is unusable. Very good instructions. Excellent customer service from Laura over the phone. Replacement required for the faulty one.

I ordered an Aerobed Platinum Raised Bed just before being invaded over Christmas. The service from Slumber Slumber was excellent. The lady I spoke to understood exactly what I wanted and offered really good advice. I asked for next day delivery to fit a busy schedule, and the bed was delivered the following lunchtime. In use, the bed inflated in 3 minutes, was supremely comfortable (guests were almost fighting to use it!) and deflated in 3 minutes, just as promised on the website. I cannot fault either the service nor the product.

I ordered this on a Tuesday afternoon, did not pay extra for any speedy delivery and yet , with just standard delivery, coming from N Ireland to the Midlands, the mattress arrived on Thursday!! That's under 48 hours. !! Mattress is very quick to inflate and deflate after use. Can't rate highly enough.

I would just like to say how VERY pleased I am with my Aerobed Platinum Raised King Size Bed. The service from Slumber Slumber was so quick and my husband and I had to take it out of the box there and then and inflate it in our lounge. It is, as Craig Revell Horword would say FAB - U - LOUS. This is my second order from Slumber and I am more than happy. The Jaspa duvet is so different from the everyday duvet,more eiderdown in feel but with an instant warmth missing in artificial fibres. I do tend to perspire a little during the night(sorry-its an age thing!) but this duvet does not have that clammy feeling in the mornings which makes such a difference. Dont yet know how it willl fare as the nights get colder but it just feels so different from the warehouse microfibre. Service is superb from the company;emailed on receipt of my order,emailed me about delivery time and then checked if I was happy with my order.Cannot ask for more. I could tell another story about a well known electrical outlet who claim to be the best but actions,and the goods they sell ,speak louder than advertising on TV. Thanks Slumber Slumber.

We needed a King-sized & comfortable bed which could be inflated & deflated quickly, as it was for use in a living room ( house full of family & friends - all the bedrooms were full!). This was perfect - I'm assured the occupants slept as comfortably as if they were at home. This version of the comfort is not as comfortable as it's predecessor. Having said this it is still a quality product giving a good night's sleep particularly compared to a standard airbed. We used the bed for a couple of weeks whilst moving house and have no complaints. The service from Slumber Slumber is second to none wish alll companies were like this.

I was so happy with the Mulberry Silk Pillowcase that I ordered another one for my daughter. It feels so luxurious on my skin and has stopped the pillow lines I have experienced with my usual cotton ones. It is just as good after washing (following the instructions carefully) and is well worth the money spent. I have bought things from Slumber Slumber before and the service they give is excellent.

Love it. Fogarty is one of the best makes (in my personal opinion) and this 10.5 tog, 100% hungarian goose down duvet with a silk/cotton casing ticks all the boxes. If there was any more stock I would buy another one.The service from Slumber Slumber is excellent - knowledgeable (and if they don't know the answer to a question they go to the warehouse, unwrap the goods and find out for you, then they really DO call you back), efficient and yes, I will be using them again.

Rest Assured pocket 2000 memory mattress - The mattress is lovely, very comfortable. I was extremely impressed with the delivery. The company phoned me to arrange a day, they texted me the day before with time of delivery and then they phoned me on the morning of delivery to say they were 20 mins away. I have never had an item delivered with such ease and not having to stay in all day long.

I ordered a Premier Aerobed and it arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately, the first time it was inflated, it failed to remain firm. It had to be pumped two or three times during the night. I phoned Slumber Slumber, who apologized for the faulty bed. I could not return the bed as my 92 year old mother-in-law was sleeping on it in our front room!!! I ordered another bed, which also arrived in 2 days. I then returned the faulty bed and received a refund within a couple of days. I must say that the new bed is excellent. My mother-in-law says it is very comfortable and it certainly does not need pumping up at all. The bed is ideal, as it is high off the ground, making it very easy for a guest (especially if they have fractured their hip!!!) to get in and out of. I would certainly recommend this bed.

I cannot praise this company enough. We ordered a platinum raised aerobed which arrived within days. It was used by guests who said it was more comfortable than their own bed. Well, what can I say, smile, smile. I bought some pillows a few months ago and I was so happy with them I bought a couple more. This morning I got a very exciting letter in the post, I had won the £100 that is advertised for giving a little bit of honest feedback. The service was excellent, and the parcel arrived a day earlier than predicted. This is my second Tempur pillow. I bought the first 8 years ago, and I am now finding that in warm weather it does not give quite as much support as it did originally, so I will keep the old one for winter, and I am buying the new one for warmer weather. I am completely converted to Tempur pillows, they give so much support to my neck and I wake up feeling a lot less stiff. My husband now uses one as well. It has helped with snoring by keeping the air passages open.

Ordered & despatched on Christmas Eve, delivered to the Isle of Skye before the New Year – impressive!

Well packed - thanks Adam!

Assemble – unroll, plug in power cord, switch on & watch bed inflate! Only additional effort was to switch off when bed suitably inflated!

Sleep – remarkably comfortable by any bed standard let alone the air variety!

Deflate & pack after use – as complicated as above. A breeze!

Only negative points. Bed does have a strong plastic smell but lessens significantly after a few days in use. After the first couple of nights use the bed needed additional inflation as the material appears to stretch a bit at the start.

Overall – fantastic product & service! No hesitation in recommending both it & Slumber Slumber to anyone. Terrific value for money too.

Very efficient. Got the products quickly and in good condition. The wool duvet is great-very sceptical when it arrived as it is so thin and never believed it would keep us warm. We have no heating in the bedroom and with temperatures outside getting to minus 10C we were very snug.
